Abhilaasha is a graduate of Lady Shri Ram College, a former core team member of Ingenious Faces and is currently working as an Analyst with political consultancies in India. Over the course of the last 4 years she has worked with Universities, Accelerators, Entrepreneurs and Students across the world to develop design thinking and innovation curricula, and combine these with insights from myriad fields including Politics, Social Development and International Business.
Some of the key organisations she has worked with include the Naropa Fellowship, Paytm – Build For India, Ashoka University, Atal Incubation Centre (JKLU) and University of Cape Town.

Mohit Mangal is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of iQue ideas, a renowned foundation for career counseling and youth awareness. As part of iQue ideas, Mohit has guided more than 2,00,000 students for their careers and trained 30,000 students on Aptitude and Personality. Mohit is a graduate in technology from IIT Delhi and pursued Master’s in business from Nirma Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Mohit has conducted corporate training assignments at various corporates including Times of India, Bosch Rexroth, Asian Paints, Godrej, Cadila Pharma & Divya Bhaskar and served as a guest lecturer in premier institutes such as IIT-Delhi, IIM-A, Nirma University, NID, NIFT, GNLU. Mohit is also a consultant for the Indian Air Force and the Indian Army for the project, Eagle Eye, aimed at developing indigenous Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAVs).
Aditi Nemani is a graduate from Babson College, where she led an independent project on how entrepreneurship education could help young students develop the mindset and skills to succeed in the 21st century and think differently about their careers from an early stage, which finally led into her startup, Nurturepreneurs. She worked with Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) in the Boston area, through which she mentored high school students on idea generation and business planning. Aditi has experience with Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, where she taught school students and interacted with graduate students extensively. As part of the institute, Aditi continues to lead the project focused on developing and designing the curriculum on entrepreneurship for 11th and 12th standard for Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Aditi graduated from Bangalore University with a distinction in Economics, Psychology and English Literature. In her short stints with companies such as IBM, Uber and GroupM, she worked across different business functions.
